We offer a variety of programs for our community. The subsidized programs have waiting lists. The affordable properties may have units immediately available, or will have waiting lists if no units are vacant. We also have properties and programs that are set aside for homeless individuals or families.

  • Subsidized Housing

    Programs that help pay your rent. Typically a participant pays 30% of their monthly income toward rent and are required to follow certain guidelines and regulations. No referral needed - apply online!

  • Affordable Housing

    Properties with fixed rents lower than market rate rents. Each location has its own waitlist. All of our affordable housing properties accept tenant-based vouchers, but you don’t need a voucher to get on the waitlist.

  • Homeless Programs

    Missoula Housing Authority administers and partners with several programs that serve the homeless. We currently provide about 150 formerly homeless households with supportive housing.
