FIXED Rent at lower than market rates
Missoula Housing Authority owns and manages the following properties that serve low-to-moderate-income individuals and families in our community. These properties have fixed rents that are lower than market rate rents.
All of affordable housing properties accept tenant-based vouchers, such as Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher, Shelter Plus Care, and VASH. Please note some properties have additional requirements such as 55+ communities but applicants are welcome to join the waitlist for any property.
Please contact Property Mangers directly to inquire about current vacancies before completing an application for the property. Applications are only valid for 120 days.
