Opportunity Place is a brand-new 24-unit, three-story garden-style apartment community in Missoula, Montana, designed with comfort, accessibility, and community in mind.
The building features elevator access to all floors and exceeds building code minimums for accessible housing. Eight units are fully ADA-accessible with roll-in showers, while the remaining 16 units surpass standard adaptable unit requirements with transfer tub/showers and 42" wide doors throughout. One dedicated audio/visual unit is also available.
