The goal of the Family Self-Sufficiency Program (FSS) is simple: to provide clients with a way out of poverty and dependency throughout their own efforts and accomplishments.
Their are usually about 95 families enrolled in the program. In 2006, the Missoula Housing Authority dispersed over $60,000 to FSS Participants to use towards a down payment on a home, to decrease debt and to repair vehicles. There were ten graduates from the FSS Program in 2006. Way to Go!
