Affordable Housing


Missoula Housing Authority owns and manages the following properties that serve low and moderate income families in our community. These properties have fixed rents that are lower than market rate rents. All of our affordable housing properties accept tenant-based vouchers, such as Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher, Shelter Plus Care, and VASH.
