Thank you for visiting our Current Bids page. It is intended to assist interested parties in doing business with the Missoula Housing Authority. Here you can link to current bidding and proposal opportunities.

The Missoula Housing Authority (MHA) is accepting responses to MHA-09-01-12-EPC 2009 from interested Energy Service Companies (ESCOs) who are capable of providing comprehensive energy management and energy-related capital improvement services through an Energy Performance Contract that will improve the energy and water efficiency of the Authority's housing complexes. An RFP package will be sent to any capable company who requests an RFP package

Qualified companies are invited to submit a proposal for this contract to the MHA no later than May 11, 2009, at 5pm MDT. Proposals will be evaluated and the company whose proposal is most advantageous to the MHA will be selected, subject to negotiation of fair and reasonable compensation. Results will be faxed or mailed to interested parties uponwritten request addressed to Lori Davidson, the MHA Interim Executie Director.

A walkthrough will be held at 1235 34th Street, Missoula Mt, 59801 at 10am on Tuesday April 28, 2009. Interested offerors are strongly encouraged to attend in order to provide ESCOs the best opportunity to question MHA staff about the project and MHA's housing inventory.
