The Missoula Housing Authority complies with the letter and spirit of Federal laws requiring our plans and policies to be available to the public. According to law, the purpose of the plans is to provide a framework for: (1) Local accountability; and (2) An easily identifiable source by which public housing residents, participants in the tenant-based assistance program, and other members of the public may locate basic policies, rules and requirements concerning the MHA’s operations, programs and services. The Administrative Plan and the Admissions & Continued Occupancy Policy (ACOP) are supporting documents to the MHA plan and must be available for public review.
